का.आ. 15(अ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 12 नवम्बर , 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1917 ( अ ) , जिसमें निदेशक साफॅटवेयर टेक्नोलॉजी पार्क्स ऑफ इण्डिया , हैदराबाद को विशेष आर्थिक जोनों के विकास आयुक्त के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है;
उक्त अधिसूचना में सीरियल नम्बर 9 एवं 30 में वर्णित निम्नलिखित पंक्तियों को विलोपित माना जाए :

S.O. 15(E) . The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, Number S.O. 1917 (E) dated 12th November , 2007, appointing Director, Software Technology Parks of India , Hyderabad to the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones :---
