सा.का.नि. 12( अ ).- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड ( 3 ) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ( परामर्श से छूट ) विनियम , 1958 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक आयोग ( परामर्श से छूट ) संशोधन विनियम , 2010 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ( परामर्श से छूट ) विनियम , 1958 की अनुसूची-II में , मद 5 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी अर्थात्:-
" 6. पूर्ण प्रतिनियुक्ति अवधि के लिए गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण में पुलिस अधीक्षक ( गैर- आई पी एस) , अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक, उप पुलिस अधीक्षक, उप विधिक सलाहकार, ज्येष्ठ लोक अभियोजक , लोक अभियोजक , ज्येष्ठ तंत्र विश्लेषक , प्रोग्रामर , सहायक प्रोग्रामर , नेटवर्क प्रशासक , प्रशासनिक अधिकारी , निरीक्षक , उप निरीक्षक , कार्यालय अधीक्षक, ज्येष्ठ निजी सचिव , स्टेनोग्राफर श्रेणी- ग/वैयक्तिक सहायक , सहायक और अकाउन्टेंट के पद पर तीन वर्ष की अवधिके भीतर किसी भी समय , प्रतिनियुक्ति आधार पर भर्ती कीजा सकेगी । " ו
