फा. सं : सम्मेलन-5( 11 )/2004/केएन/78265.- कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि योजना, 1952 के अनुच्छेद 5 के साथ पठित अनुच्छेद 4 के उप-अनुच्छेद ( 1 ) के अनुसार जिसे बाद में ' योजना ' के रूप में संदर्भित किया गया है, अध्यक्ष , केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड (क.भ.नि. ) द्वारा कर्नाटक राज्य की क्षेत्रीय समिति ( क.भ.नि. ) का पुनर्गठन किया गया था तथा इसे भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) के भाग III , खण्ड 4 में जारी संख्या 98 ( अधिसूचना संख्या सम्मे. 5 (11 )2004/के.एन./4813 दिनांक 27-05-2009 ) द्वारा दिनांक 6-6-2009 को अधिसूचित किया गया था । अध्यक्ष , केन्द्रीय न्यासी बोर्ड ( क.भ.नि. ) एतद्वारा कर्नाटक राज्य की वर्तमान क्षेत्रीय समिति (क.भ.नि. ) में कर्मचारियों के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में श्री एम. के. सुदर्शन, महासचिव, इंटक, संख्या 3 " श्रीनिवासा " , 4 मेन रोड, श्री कान्तेश्वर नगर, महालक्ष्मी लेआउट के पास , बंगलौर 96 के स्थान पर श्री एच. रामाचन्द्रा, महासचिव, इंटक, संख्या 26/1 , सैकेंड मेन, 11 वां क्रास , व्यालीकवल, बंगलौर-560003 की नियुक्ति करते हैं ।
F. No. Conf. 5( 11 )/ 2004/ KN / 78265. In accordance with the provisions of Sub- paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 4 read with paragraph 5 of the Employees ' Provident Fund Scheme, 1952 , hereinafter referred to as " Scheme" , the Regional Committee, (EPF) for the State of Karnataka was reconstituted by the Chairman, Central Board of Trustees , (Employees' Provident Fund) and notified on 6-6-2009 in theGazette of India (Extraordinary), Part III , Section 4 under Issue No. 98 ( Vide Notificaiton No. Conf. 5 ( 11 )/2004 /KN/ 4813 dated 27-5-2009). In the existing Regional Committee, (EPF) for the State of Karnataka, the Chairman , CBT( EPF ) hereby appoints Shri H. Ramachandra, General Secretary, INTUC, No. 26/1, 2nd Main, 11th Cross , Vyalikaval , Bangalore-560003 as member (emplołyces ' representative ) inplace of Shri M.K. Sudershan, General Secretary, INTUC, No. 3 " Srinivasa" , 4th Main Road, Srikanteshwara Nagar, Near Mahalakshmi Layout, Bangalore-96.
2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति के परिणामस्वरूप उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में, सदस्य ( कर्मचारियों के प्रतिनिधि ) की श्रेणी के अन्तर्गत [ योजना के अनुच्छेद 4 ( 1 ) ( घ ) के अंतर्गत ] क्रम संख्या 6 पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, यथा:-
2. Consequent to the above appointment, in the said notificaiton under the category of Member (Employees' Representative) [ Under Para 4 ( 1 ) ( d) ] of the Scheme for entry Sl . No. 6, the following entry shall be substituted namely:-
