सदस्य (लोक सभा द्वारा निर्वाचित) (राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीन वर्षों तक अथवा उनके संसद सदस्य के पद पर बने रहने तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो) " ।
[फा. सं. 7/2/2009- ईपी( एग्री- V) /बागान घ ] पी. के. चौधरी , अपर सचिव का.आ. 32(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , मसाला बोर्ड नियम , 1987 के नियम 4 और नियम 5 के साथ पठित मसाला बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से मसाला बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजनार्थ वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय (वाणिज्य विभाग ) भारत सरकार की दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना संख्या 123 ( अ ) में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
टिप्पणी: मूल अधिसूचना दिनांक 26 फरवरी , 1987 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 123 ( अ ) द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र के प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओं द्वारा इसमें बाद में संशोधन किया गया :-
(i) सं. का.आ. 1159( अ) दिनांक 21-07-2006 उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम संख्या 2 तथा 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँनिम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याओं और प्रविष्टियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी अर्थात्: -

(iii) सं. का.आ. 2161 (अ) दिनांक 05-09-2008

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th January , 2010
S.O. 32 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986 (10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules , 1987, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as Members of the Spices Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce ) vide number S.O. 123 (E), dated the 26th February, 1987, namely:--
In the said notification , for serial numbers 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted , namely: ---
