सं. 14/3/91-टीपीडी. दिनांक 29 मई , 2007 के आदेश में संशोधन करते हुए सर्वसाधारण की सूचना के लिए एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग में कार्यरत श्री प्रदीप कुमार चौधरी , अपर सचिव , भारत सरकार अगला आदेश होने तक निम्नलिखित प्रयोजनों के लिए श्री आर. गोपालन , अपर सचिव के स्थान पर निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करेंगे :
( i ) भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 1-1-1995 की अधिसूचना सं. 3/95 - एनटी- सीमा शुल्क के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( इमदादशुदा वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर प्रतिसंतुलनकारी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम , 1995 ; और
(ii ) भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 1-1-1995 की अधिसूचना सं. 4/95- एनटी- सीमा शुल्क के साथ पठित सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम , 1995 ।

Industry, Department of Commerce shall until further orders, discharge the function of the Designated Authority in place ofShri R. Gopalan , Additional Secretary for the purpose of:
(i) The Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection of Counterveiling Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules , 1995 read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 3 /95 - NT- Custorns, dated 1st January, 1995 published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary ; and
(ii) The Customs Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection of Anti -dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules , 1995 read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) , No. 4/95 - NT-Customs , dated 1st January, 1995, published in Part II , Section 3, Sub - section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary.
