S.O. 31(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce number S.O. 486(E), dated the 12th August, 1986, namely :-
