का.नि.आ. 1(अ). आँध्र वैज्ञानिक कम्पनी लिमिटेड (अर्जन तथा उपक्रमों का स्थानांतरण ) अधिनियम , 1982 (1982 का 71 ) जिसे इसके बाद 1982 अधिनियम कहा जाएगा , की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) में निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार ने श्री टी. एस. मूर्ति, संयुक्त महाप्रबंधक, आयुध निर्माणी परियोजना, मेढक, आंध्र प्रदेश को दिनांक 19-10-2007 को भुगतान आयुक्त नियुक्त किया गया था ताकि 1982 अधिनियम के उपबंधों के अंतर्गत भुगतान आयुक्त को अंतर्निहित कार्यकलापों पर कार्रवाई की जा सके और उन्हें पूरा किया जा सके । संबंधित पक्षकारों को उनके दावों का वास्तविक सत्यापन किए जाने के बाद तथा आँध्र प्रदेश के माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों के अनुसार भुगतान करके भुगतान आयुक्त को सौंपा गया कार्य अब पूरा कर लिया गया है । भुगतान आयुक्त के उक्त प्रमाणन के आधार पर भुगतान आयुक्त कार्यालय को तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद किया जाता है ।
S.R.O. 1 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Andhra Scientific Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1982 (71 of 1982 ), hereinafter referred to as the 1982 Act, the Central Government appointed Shri T.S. Murthy, Joint General Manager, Ordnance Factory Project, Medak, Andhra Pradesh , as Commissioner of Payments on 19-10-2007 to take up and complete the functions inhering in the Commissioner of Payments under the provisions of the 1982 Act . The task assigned to Commissioner of Payments has since been completed by making payments to all the concerned parties after physical verification of their claims and as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh . Based on the said certification of the Commissioner of Payments , the Office ofCommissioner of Payments is wound up with immediate effect.
