सा.का.नि. 22(अ). सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ (पारगम उत्पाद विशिष्ट रक्षोपाय शुल्क) नियमावली , 2002 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 65/2009-सीमा- शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) जिसे सा.का.नि. 416 ( अ ) दिनांक 15 जून , 2009 द्वारा जारी किया गया था, का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार उपर्युक्त नियमावली के उद्देश्यों हेतु सुश्री इन्द्राणी दत्त मजुमदार , मुख्य आयुक्त को महानिदेशक ( विशिष्ट रक्षोपाय ) नियुक्त करती है ।
सा.का.नि. 23(अ). सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ (रक्षोपाय शुल्क का अभिनिर्धारण एवं मूल्यांकन ) नियमावली , 1997 के नियम 3 के उप -नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 64/2009- सीमा- शुल्क ( गै.दै. ) जिसे सा.का.नि. 415 ( अ ) दिनांक 15 जून, 2009 द्वारा जारी किया गया था , का अधिक्रमण करते हुए , केंद्रीय सरकार उपर्युक्त नियमावली के उद्देश्यों हेतु सुश्री इन्द्राणी दत्त मजुमदार, मुख्य आयुक्त को महानिदेशक ( रक्षोपाय ) नियुक्त करती है ।

G.S.R. 23 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule ( 1 ) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty ) Rules, 1997, and in supersession of notification of the Government ofIndia in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) No.64/2009-Customs (N.T. ) issued vide No. G.S.R. 415 (E) datedthe 15th June, 2009, the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Indrani Dutta Majumder as the Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the said Rules .
G.S.R. 22 (E ).- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty) Rules , 2002 , and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in theMinistry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 65/2009- Customs (N.T. ) issued vide No. G.S.R. 416 ( E) dated the 15th June, 2009, the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Indrani Dutta Majumder as the Director 113 GI/2010
