No. LAD - NRO / GN / 2009-10 / 27/ 190455.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India , having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited having its registered office at Stock Exchange Building , JLN Marg , Malviya Nagar, Jaipur -302017 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition of the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 9th day of January, 2010 and ending on 8th day of January, 2011 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter :
सं.एल.ए.डी. एन. आर . ओ / जी.एन./2009- 10/27/190455.- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, जयपुर स्टाक एक्सचेंज लिमिटेड जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय स्टॉक एक्सचेंज बिल्डिंग , जे.एल. एन. मार्ग, मालवीया नगर, जयपुर-302017 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 3 के अधीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोक हित में भी होगा, एतद्वारा , प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 4 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन 9 जनवरी , 2010 को प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 8 जनवरी , 2011 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसमें इसके नीचे कथित शतों अथवा जो इसके पश्चात् विहित या अधिरोपित की जायें के अध्यधीन प्रदान करता है :
The Exchange shall contribute funds towards Investor Services Fund.
एक्सचेंज विनिधानकर्ता ( निवेशक ) सेवा निधि में निधियों का अभिदाय करेगा ।
The Exchange can commence trading in securities only after complying with all the regulatory requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा अधि- रोपित समस्त विनियामक अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करने के पश्चात् ही प्रतिभूतियों में व्यापार प्रारम्भ कर सकता है।
