वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 11 जनवरी , 2010 सं. 2/2010-सीमा-शुल्क
के नियम 23 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 110/2004- सीमा- शुल्क , तारीख 18 नवम्बर , 2004 , भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप - खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 752 ( अ) तारीख 18 नवम्बर , 2004 के द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैराग्राफ 2 स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , अर्थात्:-
" 2. यह अधिसूचना , जब तक कि अधिसूचना को पहले विखंडित न किया जाये , 17 नवम्बर , 2010 जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , तक प्रभावी रहेगी । "

सा.का.नि. 26(अ).अभिहित प्राधिकारी ने , रूस में मूलतः उद्गमित या वहां से निर्यातित पॉलिटेटराफल्यूरोथीलीन ( पीटीएफई ) जो कि सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के उपशीर्ष 3904 6100 के अंतर्गत आते हैं , जिस पर भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 110/2004- सीमा- शुल्क , तारीख 18 नवम्बर , 2004 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 752 ( अ ) तारीख 18 नवम्बर , 2004 के द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , के तहत प्रतिपाटन शुल्क अधिरोपित किया था, के आयात के मामले में अधिसूचना सं. 15/30/2008- डीजीएडी, तारीख 27 फरवरी , 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग 1 , खंड 1 में तारीख 27 फरवरी , 2009 , के द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी के तहत सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की धारा 9 क की उप - धारा ( 5 ) तथा सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उस पर प्रतिपाटित शुल्क का निर्धारण और संग्रहण तथा क्षति का अवधारण ) नियम, 1995 ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम भी कहा गया है ) के नियम 23 के तहत प्रतिपाटन शुल्क जारी रखने के मामले में समीक्षा आरंभ की है और उक्त टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 9क की उप - धारा ( 5 ) के तहत , समीक्षा के सम्पन्न होने तक प्रतिपाटन शुल्क को इसके समाप्ति की तारीख से 17 नवम्बर , 2010 तक बढ़ाने की सिफारिश की है;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 9क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और ( 5 ) उक्त नियमों
G.S.R. 26 ( E ) .Whereas , the designated authority vide notification No. 15/30 /2008 - DGAD , dated the 27th February, 2009 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part I , Section 1 dated the 27th February , 2009 has initiated review in terms of sub - section (5) of 118 GI/2010

Section 9A of the Customs TariffAct, 1975 (51 of 1975) and in pursuance of rule 23 ofthe Customs Tariff ( Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti - dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rule , 1955 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), inthe matter of continuation of anti -dumping duty on imports of Ploytetrafluroethylene ( PTFE ) , falling under sub -heading 3904 61 00 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975 ) , originating in , or expoted from Russia imposed vide notification of the Government of India, in theMinistry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) , No. 110/ 2004- Customs ,dated the 18th November , 2004 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) , vide number G.S.R. 752 ( E ) , dated the 18th November , 2004 , and has requested for extension of anti-dumping duty up to 17th November , 2010 , in terms of sub- section ( 5) of Section 9A of the said Customs Tariff Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (5) of Section 9A of the said Act and in pursuance of rule 23 of the said rules , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the

notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) , No. 110/2004 -Customs , dated the 18thNovember , 2004, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section (i) , vide number G.S.R. 752 ( E ) , dated the 18th November, 2004, namely
In the said notification , for paragraph 2, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
"2. This notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 17th November , 2010 unless the notification is revoked earlier . "
