New Delhi , the 12th January , 2010
S.O. 51 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Number S.O. 1105( E) dated the 11th October , 2004 namely :-
का.आ. 51(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के आदेश संख्यांक का. आ. 1105 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर, 2004 में निम्नलिखित आदेश संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:- उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची के पैरा 4 में मिल का नाम और अवस्थितिसे संबंधित क्रम संख्या 79 के सामने प्रविष्टि में " मैसर्स सैम टर्बो इन्डस्ट्री लिमिटेड ( कागज प्रभाग ) , " शब्दों के स्थान पर " मैसर्स श्री वेंकटरमन पेपर मिल्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड, " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
In the said Order , in the Schedule , in paragraph 4 relating to Name of the Mill and Location , in the entry against serial number 79 , for the words , "M/ s . Sam Turbo Industry Limited ( Paper Division), " the words "M/s . Sri Venkatramana Paper MillsPrivate Limited ," shall be substituted.

टिप्पण: मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 1105 (अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर , 2004 के तहत प्रकाशित किया था और भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 10 दिसम्बर , 2009 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 3164 ( अ ) द्वारा बाद में संशोधित किया गया था ।
Note: The principal order was published in the Gazette of India vide No. S.O. 1105 (E) , dated 11th October , 2004, and subsequently amended vide Order No. S.O. 3164 (E) dated 10th December, 2009 published in the Gazette of India.
