-सदस्य- उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में क्रम सं. 1 से 7 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment [PART II- SEC . 3 ( ii ) ]

and Forests , number S.O. 2058 ( E) , dated the 11th August, 2008 namely:-
In the said Order , in paragraph I , for serial numbers 1 to 7 and the entries relating there to, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted namely :-
