S.O. 64 ( E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , (hereafter referred to the said Act), CentralGovernment hereby delegates the powers exercisable vide notification No. 14/2/2006- EOU dated the 1st November, 2006 under Section 14 ofthe said Act, shall be exercisable by the Unit ApprovalCommittee , constituted for automatic route under the Froeign Trade Policy issued by the Central Government under Section 5 of Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992 ) in relation to granting any license or permission under the said Act in respect of ExportOriented Units .
का.आ. 64(अ). उद्योग ( विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) ( जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 के अंतर्गत दिनांक । नवम्बर, 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. 14/2/2006- ईओयू के तहत प्रयोग किए जाने वाली शक्तियों का एतद्वारा प्रत्यायोजन करती है जिन्हें उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत निर्यातोन्मुखी इकाइयों के बारे में कोई लाइसेंस अथवा अनुमति प्रदान किए जाने के संबंध में विदेश व्यापार (विकास एवं विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 22) की धारा 5 के तहत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा जारी विदेश व्यापार नीति के अंतर्गत स्वतः पद्धति ( ऑटोमेटिक रूट ) हेतु गठित इकाई अनुमोदन समिति द्वारा प्रयोग किया जा सकेगा ।
