विषय: चीन जन. गण. , जापान , कोरिया , यूरोपीय संघ , दक्षिण कोरिया, ताइवान ( चीनी ताइपेई ) , थाइलैंड और अमेरिका से स्टेनलेस स्टील के कोल्ड रॉल्ड फ्लैट उत्पादों के आयात से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच ।
फा. सं. 14/6/2008 - डी जी ए डी. उपर्युक्त विषय पर दिनांक 24-11-2009 की अंतिम जाँच परिणाम संबंधी अधिसूचना सं. 14/6/2008-डी जी ए डी जो दिनांक 24 नवम्बर , 2009 की सं. 359 के जरिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुई थी , की ओर ध्यान आकर्षित किया जाता है । उक्त अधिसूचना के पृष्ठ 83 से 86 पर पैरा 86 के अंतर्गत शुल्क तालिका में नीचे दी गई क्रम संख्याओं में निम्नानुसार परिवर्तन किए गए हैं :-
(i) क्रम सं. 6 , कॉलम 5 में " कोई देश " के स्थान पर " यूरोपीय संघ के देशों सहित कोई देश " पढ़ा जाए ।
(ii) क्रम सं. 6 , कॉलम 6 में श्रृंखला 300 और 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 1 से 5 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " कोई " पढ़ा जाए ।
(iii) क्रम सं 6 , कॉलम 7 में श्रृंखला 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 1 से 5 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 1 , 2 और 4 से इतर कोई " पढ़ा जाए ।

(1) (iv) क्रम सं. 7 , कॉलम 4 में " कोई देश " के स्थान पर " यूरोपीय संघ के देशों सहित कोई देश " पढ़ा जाए ।
(v) क्रम सं. 7, कॉलम 6 में शृंखला 300 और 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त 1 , 3 , 4 और 5 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " कोई " पढ़ा जाए ।
(vi) क्रम सं. 7 , कॉलम 7 में श्रृंखला 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त 1 , 3 , 4 और 5 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 1 , 2 और 4 से इतर कोई " पढ़ा जाए ।
(vii) क्रम सं. 10 और 11 , कॉलम 6 में शृंखला 300 और 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 8 और 9 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " कोई " पढ़ा जाए ।
(viii) क्रम सं. 18 और 19 , कॉलम 6 में श्रृंखला 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 12 से 17 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " कोई " पढ़ा जाए ।
क्रम सं. 22 और 23 , कॉलम 6 में श्रृंखला 300 और 400 के लिए " उपर्युक्त क्र. सं. 20 और 21 से इतर कोई " के स्थान पर " कोई " पढ़ा जाए । (ix)
क्रम सं. 22 और 23 , कॉलम 7 में श्रृंखला 200 के लिए " कोई " के स्थान पर " उपर्युक्त क्र.सं. 20 (x) से इतर कोई" पढ़ा जाए ।

Subject: Anti -Dumping duty investigation concerning imports of Cold Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel from China PR, Japan , Korea , European Union , South Africa , Taiwan (Chinese Taipei ), Thailand and USA .
No. 14/6/2008- DGAD .-Attention is invited to the FinalFindings notification No. 14/ 6/2008 - DGAD issued on 24-11-2009 on the above noted subject published in the Gazette of India vide No. 359 on 24th November , 2009. In the Duty table , under Para 86 , appearing on pages 153 to 155 of the said notification , under mentioned Serial Nos . , the changes may be read as follows :-
(1) In Sl . No. 6, column 5, the word "Any" may be read as " Any Country including countries in European Union " .
(ii) In Sl . No. 6 , column 6 the words " Any other than at S. No. 1 to 5 above " against series 300 and 400 may be read as " Any" .
