का.आ. 57(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा जिला भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , अररिया को बिहार राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 57 ए के 0.00 कि.मी. से 12.60 कि.मी. तक के भू- खंड के उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग में निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने , आदि ) , अनुक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th January, 2010
S.O. 57(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District Land Acquisition Officer, Araria , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from km . 0.00 to km . 12.60 of the National Highway No.57 A for building (widening/ four- laning , etc.) , maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway inthe State ofBihar, as specified in the Schedule given below .
