का.आ. 68(अ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमा- शुल्क बोर्ड, सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- सीमा- शुल्क ( एन.टी. ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1994 [का.आ. 828 ( अ ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, महाराष्ट्र राज्य से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 8 पर , जयगढ़ से संबंधित स्तंभ 3 में आने वाली मद (9) के सामने , स्तंभ (4 ) में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिरखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" आयातित माल की उतराई और निर्यात माल या किसी वर्ग के ऐसे माल की लदाई "

टिप्पण :-मूल अधिसूचना , भारत के राजपत्र में अधिसूचना सं. 62/94- सीमा- शुल्क ( एन.टी. ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर, 1994 [का.आ. 828 ( अ ) , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1994 ] द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और अंतिम बार अधिसूचना सं. 104/2009 ( एन.टी. ) सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2009 [सं. का.आ. 2003 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2009 ] द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th January, 2010 No. 05/2010- CUSTOMS ( N.Τ. )
S.O. 68 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94- Customs ( NT) dated the 21st November , 1994 [ S.O. 828 (E) , dated the 21st November , 1994] :-
Inthe said notification in the Table , at serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra , against item (9 ) occurring in column 3 relating to Jaigad , for the entry in column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely
"Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods "
