का.आ. 71(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार, धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम , 2002 (2003 का 15 ) की धारा 43 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पटना उच्च न्यायालय और गुवाहाटी उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति के परामर्श से भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय के राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 841(अ ) , तारीख 1 जून , 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के उपाबंध में,
(i) क्रम सं. 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -
" 2. बिहार जिला और सत्र न्यायाधीश , सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य" पटना
( ii) क्रम सं. 13 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" 13क. मेघालय अतिरिक्त जिला और सम्पूर्ण मेघालय राज्य"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th January , 2010
S.O. 71 (E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 43 of the Prevention ofMoney- laundering Act , 2002 ( 15 of 2003 ) and in consultation with theHigh Court of Judicature at Patna and Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court at Guwahati , the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii) vide number No. S.O. 841 ( E) , dated the 1st June , 2006, namely :-
In the Annexure to the said notification,-
for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted , namely :-
"2. Bihar District and Sessions Judge , The entire State Patna ofBihar . "
(ii) after Sl . No. 13 , the following shall be inserted , namely:-
" 13A. Meghalaya Court of Additional
District and Sessions
The entire State of
Meghalaya. " Judge, Shillong
