विषय: प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड 1 ) , 2009-14 में पैरा 6,31 कोजोड़ना ।
फा. सं . 01/92/180/65/एएम 09/पीसी-6.-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2009-14 के पैरा 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक , विदेश व्यापार, एतद्वारा, प्रक्रिया- पुस्तक (खण्ड-1 ) , 2009-14 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं--
1. निम्नलिखित को पैराग्राफ 6.31.1 के पहले जोड़ा जाएगा:-
" 6.31 एकक अनुमोदन समिति की संरचना निम्नानुसार होगी :
विकास आयुक्त
अध्यक्ष
--सदस्य क्षेत्रीय आयुक्त केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा-शुल्क
संयुक्त महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार
-सदस्य
-सदस्य क्षेत्र का संयुक्त/उप - विकास आयुक्त
विशेष अतिथि के रूप में किसी विभाग/ एजेन्सी का कोई अन्य नामित व्यक्ति । "
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

Subject: Insertion of Para 6.31 in HBP (V. 1) 2009-14
F. No. 01/92/ 180/ 65/ AM 09 /PC 6.-In exercise of powers conferred under Para 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook ofProcedures (Vol . 1), 2009-2014:-
1. The following shall be inserted before paragraph 6.31.1:
"6.31 Composition of Unit Approval Committee shall be as under:
Development Commissioner --Chairperson
-Member Jurisdictional Commissioner ofCentral Excise and Customs
JointDGFT
-Member
-Member Joint/Deputy Development
Commissioner of the Zone
Any other nominee of any Department/ Agency asspecial invitee ."
