अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 13 जनवरी , 2010 सं. 03/2010-सीमा शुल्क
: मूल अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002-सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 118 (अ ) तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 137/2009- सीमा शुल्क तारीख 11 दिसम्बर , 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 887 (अ) तारीख 11 दिसम्बर , 2009 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , के द्वारा किया गया था ।
सा.का.नि. 31 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002- सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में सं. सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , यथा:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में , सूची 43 में,
No. 03/2010- CUSTOMS
( क) मद ( 4 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी:-
" (4 ) राजस्थान अटोमिक पॉवर प्रोजेक्ट यूनिट 5 और 6 ( रावतभाटा ) -440 मेगावाट, यूनिट 7 और 8 (रावतभाटा)- 1400 मेगावाट ";
( ख ) मद ( 5 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा:-
G.S.R. 31 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfiedthat it isnecessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) , No. 21 /2002-Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.118 (E) , dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-
" (6 ) ककरापर अटोमिक पॉवर प्रोजेक्ट यूनिट 3 और 4 ( ककरापर ) 1400 मेगावाट".
Inthe said notification, in List 43,

(a) for item (4) and entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted:-

"(4) Rajasthan Atomic Power Project- Units 5 and 6 (Rawatbhata) 440 MW, Units -7 and 8 (Rawatbhata) of 1400MWe" ;
(b) after item number (5) and the entries relating thereto, the following item shall be inserted:-
"(6) Kakrapar Atomic Power Project-Units 3 and 4 (Kakrapar) of 1400 MWe. ".

dated the 1st March , 2002, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub - section (i) vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 137/2009-Customs , dated the 11th December, 2009 which was published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 887 (E) , dated the 11th December , 2009 .
