का.आ. 70(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार निर्यात ( क्वालिटी नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) नियम, 1964 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित निर्यात (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 22) की धारा 3 के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की तारीख 9 नवम्बर , 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2856 ( अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है; अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(i) सदस्य- सचिव और पदेन सदस्यों से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 , 2 , 3 तथा 4 के सामने कार्यकाल से संबंधित कॉलम (3 ) की प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा;
(ii) अन्य नामित सदस्यों से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 7 के स्थान पर कॉलम ( 1 ) में " अध्यक्ष " शब्द के स्थान पर " निदेशक " शब्द रखा जाएगा ।

New Delhi , the 13th January, 2010
S.O. 70 ( E) . In pursuance of Section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with rule 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules , 1964 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce number S.O. 2856 (Ε), dated 9th November 2009 , namely :
In the said notification,-
(i) against serial numbers 1 , 2, 3 and 4 relating to Member- Secretary and Ex - officio Member's , the entries in column (3 ) relating to Tenure , shall be omitted;
(ii) against serial number 7 relating to Other Nominated Members , in column ( 1) for the word " Chairman " the word " Director " shall be substituted.
