भारतीय पुलिस सेवा या केन्द्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल या केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल या सीमा सुरक्षा बल या भारत तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल या असम राइफल्स के अधिकारी जो समतुल्य पद धारण किए हुए हैं या राज्य पुलिस के अधिकारी जो सशस्त्र पुलिस के कर्तव्यों के अनुभव की अधिमानता सहित पुलिस अधीक्षक या समतुल्य पदों को धारण किए हुए हैं की प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा ।
चिकित्सीय प्रवर्ग शेप -1 का होना चाहिए ।
सा.का.नि. 28(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 53 ) की धारा 155 की उप- धारा ( 2) के खंड ( क) और खंड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह ' क' योधक ( साधारण ड्यूटी ) अधिकारी भर्ती नियम, 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
पुनर्नियोजन
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह ' क' योधक ( साधारण ड्यूटी ) अधिकारी भर्ती ( संशोधन) नियम, 2010 है ।
ऐसे सेवा निवृत्त या निर्मुक्त सेना अधिकारी जिन्होंने पुनर्नियोजन से पूर्व सदृश या समतुल्य पद धारण किया हो ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह ' क ' योधक ( साधारण ड्यूटी ) अधिकारी भर्ती नियम , 2004 की अनसूची में, कमांडेंट ( साधारण ड्यूटी ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. 4 के सामने ,
टिप्पण : सशस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्मिकों के संबंध में भी विचार किया जाएगा जो एक वर्ष की अवधि के भीतर सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले हैं या रिजर्व में स्थानांतरित किए जाने वाले हैं और जिनके पास अपेक्षित अनुभव और विहित अर्हताएं हैं । ऐसे व्यक्तियों को उस तारीख तक प्रतिनियुक्ति के निबंधनों पर रखा जाएगा जिस तारीख से उन्हें सशस्त्र बल से निर्मुक्त किया जाना है , तत्पश्चात् उन्हें पुनर्नियोजन पर बने रहने दिया जा सकता है । ( इस संगठन पदों के प्रतिनिर्देशक से अधिवर्षिता की आयु तक पुनर्नियोजन । )
(i ) स्तंभ 4 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में, " 14300-400-18300 रु. " अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर, " वेतन बैंड- 4, 37400-67000 रु. धन 8700 रु. ग्रेड वेतन " अक्षर , अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
चिकित्सीय प्रवर्ग शेप-1 का होना चाहिए । "

वरुण कुमार साहू, निदेशक ( कार्मिक) (ii ) स्तंभ 11 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में , " प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " 100 प्रतिशत प्रोन्नति द्वारा , जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रतिनियुक्ति/ आमेलन या पुनर्नियोजन द्वारा " , अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(iii ) स्तंभ 12 में , प्रतिनियुक्ति के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखी जाएगी :

New Delhi , the 11th January, 2010
G.S.R. 28 ( E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (c) of sub -section 2 of Section 155 of the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 (53 of 2007 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Sashastra Seema Bal Group ' A' Combatised (General Duty) Officers Recruitment Rules , 2004, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal Group ' A' Combatised (General Duty) Officers Recruitment (Amendment) Rules,2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication inthe Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule of the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'A' Combatised (General Duty) Officers Recruitment Rules , 2004, against serial number 4 relating to the post of Commandant (General Duty),--
(i) in the entries under column 4, for the letters and figures " Rs.14300-400-18300 . " , the letters , figures and words , " PB -4, Rs . 37400- 67000 plus Grade Pay Rs . 8700" , shall be substituted;
(ii) in the entries under column 11 , for " by deputation, " the figures and words , " 100 per cent by promotion failing which by deputation/absorption or re -employment " shall be substituted;
(iii) in column 12, for the entries under Deputation the following shall be substituted :-
"Deputation/absorption:
Bydeputation of officers of Indian Police Service or from the Central Reserve Police Force or Central Industrial Security Force or Border Security Force or Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force or Assam Rifles holding equivalent post or State Police Officers holding post of Superintendent of Police or equivalent post , preferably with experience ofArmed Police duties or officers of Army holding analogous post.
Should be in the Medical category SHAPE - 1 .
Re-employment :
By re-employment of retired or released ArmyOfficers who have held analogous post or equivalent rank .
Note: Defence service officers due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year , shall also be considered . Such persons shall be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release/superannuation from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may continue on re- employment. (Re -employment up to the age of superannuation with reference to the post in the organization.)
