का.आ. 82(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित था , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ढ ) के उप- खण्ड (vi ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना दिनांक 24 जुलाई, 2009 द्वारा प्रतिभूति, मुद्रणालय , हैदराबाद जो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 (1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 12 में शामिल है, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 24 जुलाई , 2009 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया था;
S.O. 82 (E ) . Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub - clause (vi) of the clause ( n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , declared by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, dated 24th July, 2009 the service in the Security Printing Press , Hyderabad which is covered by item 12 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, for a period of six months from the 24th July, 2009 ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में उक्त कालावधि को छः मास की और कालावधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है;
Andwhereas , the Central Government is of opinion thatpublic interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months;
अतः , अब, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 (1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 24 जनवरी , 2010 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित करती है ।
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - clause (vi) of clause ( n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 , the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act , for a further period ofsix months with effect from 24th January , 2010.
