का.आ. 86(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , सिने कर्मकार कल्याण अधिनियम, 1981 ( 1981 का 33 ) की धारा 6 के साथ पठित सिने कर्मकार कल्याण निधि नियम, 1984 के नियम 3 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) , नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) और उप - नियम ( 2 ) और नियम 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 26 दिसम्बर , 2009 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 2183 ( अ ) , तारीख 26 दिसम्बर, 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्यांक 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
" 1. श्रम और रोजगार मंत्री , भारत सरकार, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय, श्रम शक्ति भवन, नई दिल्ली । -अध्यक्ष"

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th January, 2010
S.O. 86 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Cine Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1981 (33 of 1981) read with sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 3 , sub -rules ( 1) and(2) ofrule 4 and rule 16 of the Cine Workers Welfare Fund Rules , 1984, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment , number S.O. 2183 ( E) , dated the 26th December , 2007 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 26thDecember , 2009, namely :-
In the said notification , for serial number I and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :----
" 1. Minister of Labour and
Employment , Government of India , Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Chairman"
