S.O. 95(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) read with Rule 4 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960 and in modification of this Ministry's Notification No. S.O. 224(E), dated 20-1-2009, the Central Government hereby notifies the names of the following four Members of Parliament from the Lok Sabha as members of the National Shipping Board for a period up to 31-8-2010 or till they continue to be a Member of Parliament, whichever is earlier :-
