का.आ. 96(अ).- राष्ट्रीय नौवहन बोर्ड नियमावली, 1960 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित वाणिज्य पोत परिवहन अधिनियम , 1958 (1958 का 44 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके और इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 1-9-2008 , 15-9-2008 और 21-1-2009 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के क्रम में , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा श्री एस यूतिरूनवुक्कारासर के स्थान पर भी के. बी. शानप्पा , संसद सदस्य ( राज्य सभा ) को दिनांक 31-8-2010 तक की अवधि या उनके संसद सदस्य बने रहने तक में से जो भी पहले हो तब तक के लिए राष्ट्रीय नौवहन बोर्ड में सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

MINISTRY OF SHIPPING NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 12th January, 2010
S.O. 96 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ofthe Merchant Shipping Act , 1958 (44 of 1958) read with Rule 4 of the National Shipping Board Rules, 1960 and in continuation of this Ministry's Notifications ofeven number dated 1-9-2008 , 15-9-2008 and 21-1-2009 , the Government hereby notifies the name of Shri K. B. Shanappa, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) , as Member of the National Shipping Board in place of Shri Su . Thirunvukkarasar for a period up to 31-8-2010 or till he continues to be a Member of Parliament , whichever is earlier.
