G.S.R. 37(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Economic Service Rules, 2008, namely :---

(1) These rules may be called the Indian Economic

Service (Amendment) Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall deem to come into force on the

1st day of January, 2006.

In the Indian Economic Service Rules, 2008, —
