NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2010

S.O. 109(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the National I lighways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby declares the highway specified in the column (3) of the Table below to be a National Highway as specified in the corresponding column (2) thereof.

The said highway, now declared to be National Highway, shall be deemed to be specified in the Schedule to the said Act with the corresponding serial number, the National Highway number and the description thereof indicated in the said Table.
