का.आ. 112(अ) .-कयर उद्योग नियमावली , 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित कयर उद्योग अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 45) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 24 जून , 2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1541 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, नामतः :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 10 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , नामतः :-
" 10. श्री पी. राजीव , संसद सदस्य, राज्य सभा " ;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 13 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः:-
" 13. सचिव ,
सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम और खाद्य प्रसंस्करण , उद्योग और वाणिज्य विभाग ,
आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार , हैदराबाद " ;
(iii) क्रम संख्या 38 और 39 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को क्रमशः निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याओं एवं प्रविष्टियों से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :-
" 38. श्री एम. के. राघवन , संसद सदस्य , लोक सभा

मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 उप - खंड ( ii ) में अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1541 ( अ ) दिनांक 24 जून , 2008 के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और बाद में निम्नलिखित अधिसूचनाओं के तहत संशोधन किया गया :- टिप्प्णी:
(i) का. आ. 2220( अ ) , दिनांक 17 सितम्बर , 2008;
(ii ) का. आ. 104( अ ) , दिनांक 9 जनवरी , 2009; और
(iii) का. आ. 897 ( अ ) , दिनांक 11 अप्रैल , 2009.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th January , 2010
S.O. 112 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (3 ) of section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953 ) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises , number S.O. 1541 ( E) , dated the 24th June, 2008 namely:-

In the said notification ,-
(1) for serial number 10 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely,-
"10 Shri P. Rajeeve , Member of Parliament , Rajya Sabha";
(ii) for serial number 13 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely, ---
" 13. Secretray, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Food Processing , Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh , Hyderabad";
(iii) for serial numbers 38 and 39 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely,-

"38. Shri M. K. Raghavan , Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha
39. Shri G. M. Siddeswara , Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha".

Foot Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii) , vide , number S.O. 1541 ( E) , dated the 24th June , 2008 and subsequently amended vide numbers ,-
