नई दिल्ली, 19 जनवरी , 2010
का.आ. 116( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्यांक का.आ. 1676( अ ) , तारीख 9 जुलाई , 2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश में, -
(i) पैरा 3 के हिंदी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है;
(ii) क्रम संख्यांक 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
" 1. सरकार का विशेष मुख्य सचिव, पर्यावरण , वन , विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग , आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार , हैदराबाद -अध्यक्ष" ,
(iii ) क्रम संख्यांक 10 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 19th January , 2010
S.O. 116( E ) . In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections ( 1 ) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 1676 (E ), dated the 9th July 2009 , namely:-
Inthe said Order , ----
(i) in paragraph 3 , for the words and brackets "Gujarat Coastal Zone Management Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) consisting of the following persons , for a period

Technology Department , Government of AndhraPradesh, Hyderabad.--Chairperson " ,
(iii) for serial number 10 and entries relating thereto, the following serial and entries shall be substituted, namely,-
of three years with effectfrom the date of publication of this order , consisting of the following persons , namely : " , the words and brackets " Andhra Pradesh Coastal Zone Management Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) consisting of the following persons, for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of this Order , in the Official Gazette , namely : " shall be substituted;
