In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National I I s Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and I ighways), specified in column (2) of the Table below in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table :---
