S.O. 117(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 69A of the Information Technology Act , 2000 (21 of 2000 ) read with rule 3 of the Information Technology (Procedure and Safeguards for Blocking for Access of Information by Public) Rules, 2009, the Central Government hereby authorises and designates the Group Coordinator (being an officer of the Central Government not below the rank of Joint Secretary) , Cyberlaw Division in the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India , Electronics Niketan , 6 , Central Government Offices Complex, New Delhi - 110003 , as the Designated Officer for the purposes of the said rules.
का.आ. 117 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी ( सूचना को जनता की पहुँच के लिए अवरुद्ध करने की प्रक्रिया और रक्षोपाय ) नियम , 2009 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम , 2000 (2000 का 21 ) की धारा 69 क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के संचार और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय , सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग , इलेक्ट्रानिक्स निकेतन , 6, केन्द्रीय सरकार कार्यालय काम्प्लेक्स, नई दिल्ली -110003 के साइबर विधि प्रभाग में समूह समन्वयक ( जो केन्द्रीय सरकार के संयुक्त सचिव की पंक्ति से नीचे की पंक्तिका अधिकारी न हो ) को उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनों के लिए पदाभिहित अधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत और पदाभिहित करती है ।
