The Central Govt. after being ssatisfied that for the public purpose, the land the brief description of which is given in the Schedule belwo is required for building maintenance management and operation of NH No. 6 in the stretch of land from km. 322.400 to km 405.000 in district Rajnandgaon in the state of Chhattisgarh hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
