NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2010
S.O. 175(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred
by clause (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24
of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Railways (Railway Board)
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1531(E), dated the 19th June, 2009, namely :--
In the said notification, in the Schedule, Etamadpur Taluk of District Agra, against serial number 10 relating to
"(10) Nagla Pachauri",—
(1) in column (3) and (4), after entry "103" and 0.1500 in the said columns, the following "120 0.5016";
against serial number 12 relating to "Nagla Vail" in column (3) and in column (4) for the entries "373" and "0.0050" shall be omitted;
in column (4) for the entry "0.0350", the entry "0.1680" shall be substituted;
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may, within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the said Act.
