S.0.183(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 860(E), dated the 7th June, 2006 and S.O. 1960(E), dated the 14th November, 2006, both published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 7th June, 2006 and 14th November, 2006 respectively, namely :-

In the preamble to the said nofiCication, for the words "Additional District Magistrate, Solan, Himachal Pradesh" the words "Additional Deputy Commissioner, Solan, Himachal Pradesh" shall be substituted.
