विषय : खिलौनों की आयात नीतिः ।
का.आ. 194(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. 113 ( आर ई -2008 ) / 2004-2009 दिनांक 16 जून, 2009 के अधिक्रमण में निर्यात और आयात मदों की आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , अनुसूची-1 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :-

(i ) इस आशय का एक प्रमाण - पत्र कि खिलौनों का आयात , ए एस टी एम एफ-963 अथवा आई एस ओ 8124 में विनिर्दिष्ट मापक ( भाग I - III ) अथवा ( आई एस 9873 ( भाग I- III ) अथवा ई एन 71 में विनिर्दिष्ट मानकों में दिए गए मानकों के अनुरूप होगा।
( ii ) विनिर्माता द्वारा अनुरूपता प्रमाण- पत्र जिसमें यह दर्शाया गया हो कि आयात किए जाने वाले खिलौनों के प्रतिनिधात्मक नमूनों की जांच एक स्वतंत्र प्रयोगशाला में की गई है जिसे आई एल ए सी , एम आर ए के अन्तर्गत मान्यताप्राप्त है और ऊपर निर्दिष्ट विनिदेशनों को पूरा करता है । प्रमाण - पत्र प्रेषण में खिलौनों को अनुरूपता प्रमाण- पत्र में दिए गए विनिर्माण की अवधि से भी जोड़ेगा ।

प्रतिनिधात्मक नमूनों की जांच एक स्वतंत्र प्रयोगशाला में की गई है जिसे आई एल ए सी, एम आर ए के अन्तर्गत मान्यताप्राप्त है और ऊपर निर्दिष्ट विनिदेशनों को पूरा करता है । प्रमाण - पत्र प्रेषण में खिलौनों को अनुरूपता प्रमाण-पत्र में दिए गए विनिर्माण की अवधि से भी जोड़ेगा ।

Subject : Import Policy of Toys .
S.O. 194(E).-In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Depvelopment and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 1 (Imports) of the ITC (HS) Classifications ofExport and Import Items , in supersession ofNotificationNo. 113( RE-2008)/ 2004-2009 , dated 16th June , 2009.
