The brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building including the bypasses, maintenance, management and operation of NH No. 34, in the stretch of land from km. 397.733 to km. 452.700 (except Dalkhola Bypass) in District Uttar Dinajpur, in the State of West Bengal, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
