S.O. 213(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 1I of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government hereby notifies the Special Court, Central Bureau of Investigation, presided over by Hon'ble Judge, Shri Hayat Nagarkar, located in Mumbai as the Special Court for purposes of the said sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the said Act for the trial of Scheduled Offences.

2. The jurisdiction of the Special Court mentioned

above shall extend throughout the State of Maharashtra.
