In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Govt. hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below as the competent authorities of the said Schedule, for building (widening two laning etc.) maintenance, management and operation of the National Highway No. 86 Ext. (Bhopal - Sanchi Section), in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
