The Central Govt. after being satisfied that for the public purpose the land the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below is required for building maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 10 including the bypass, on the stretch of the land from Km 30.00 to Km 86.500 (Bahadurgarh-Rohtak Section) in District Rohtak in the State of Haryana, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land
