G.S.R. 54(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless (Additional Director, Joint Director and Deputy, Director) Recruitment Rules, 2007, namely:- -
(1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless (Additional Director, Joint Director and Deputy Director) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
In the Schedule to the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless (Additional Director, Joint Director and Deputy Director) Recruitment Rules, 2007, against serial number 3 relating to the post of Deputy Director, for the existing entries under column 13, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:--
"Group 'A' Departmental Promotion Committee (for
considering promotion):
Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs —Chairman; Director, Directorate of Co-ordi nation Police Wireless —Memher;
