of the powers conferred under Regulation 3 (1) of the
Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and
Conditions for Recognition and Issuance of Renewable
Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation)
Regulations, 2010 (hereinafter "the REC Regulations"), the
Central Commission hereby designate the National Load
Despatch Centre (NLDC) established under sub-section
(1) of Section 26 of the Electricity Act, 2003 as the Central
Agency for the purposes of the REC Regulations.
