With reference to the Notice dated 29th December, 2009 published earlier regarding convenin g, of a General Meeting of the shareholders of the State Bank of Mysore on Saturday, 13th February, 2010 at 11.00 a.m. (1ST) at Woodlands Hotel Pvt. Ltd., No. 5, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Bangalore-560 025 for the purpose of electing one person to be Director on the Board of the Bank in pursuance of Sec. 25 (1)(d) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, notice is hereby given that I have accepted, as valid, the nominations proposing the names of :
