S.O. 242(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1735(E), dated the llth October, 2007, namely :-
In the said notification, in paragraph 6, in the entries occurring against serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, for the words, letters and figures "Dr. Suresh C. Attri, Sr. Environment Officer, State Environment Planning Unit, H.P. SCST & E, 34, SDA Complex, Kusumpti, Shimla-171009", the words, letters and figures "Dr. D. K. Sharma, Sr. Environment Engineer, H.P. State Pollution Control Board, Him Prarivesh, Phase-III, New Shimla-17.1009", shall be substituted.
