नई दिल्ली, 8 फरवरी , 2010 सं. 8/2010-सीमा-शुल्क
सा.का.नि. 64(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधि नियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार, के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्वविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21 /2002- सीमा- शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , यथा:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में , क्रम सं. 38खख के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे , अर्थात्ः-
" रिफाइंड या सफेद चीनी 31 दिसम्बर , 2010 तक आयातित जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है " ।

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना सं. 21 /2002- सीमा- शुल्क , तारीख । मार्च, 2002 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ ) , तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और उसमें अंतिम संशोधन अधिसूचना सं. 03/2010 सीमा शुल्क , तारीख 13 जनवरी , 2010 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) सा.का.नि. 31 ( अ) , तारीख 13 जनवरी , 2010 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , के द्वारा किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th February, 2010 No. 8/2010- CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 64(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the publie interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue ) , No. 21 /2002 - Customs , dated the 1stMarch , 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part 11 , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) vide number G.S.R.118 (E), dated the 1st March , 2002, namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table , against S.No. 38BB, for the entry in column (3 ) , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"Refined or white sugar, imported upto and inclusive of31stDecember , 2010 " .

Note: The principal notification No. 21 /2002 - Customs, dated the 1st March , 2002 , was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i) vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 03 /2010- Customs , dated the 13-1-2010 which was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part 11 , Section 3 , Sub -section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 31 (E) , dated the 13th January, 2010 .
