Hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/four laning etc.) maintenance, management and operation of NH no 17 in the stretch of land from Km. 375/300 to Km 376/600 (Panaji-Managalore Section) and Km. 3/600 to Km 17/200 (mangalore-Cochin Section) in the District of Dakshin Kannad in the state of Karnataka.
