सा.का.नि. 66(अ). भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम , 1986 (1986 का 63 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारिणी समिति , केंद्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( प्रमाणन ) विनियम, 1988 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( प्रमाणन) संशोधन विनियम, 2010 कहा जाएगा ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( प्रमाणन ) विनियम , 1988 के विनियम 5 के उप - विनियम ( 2) में ' अनुज्ञप्ति' शब्द की जगह ' अनुज्ञप्ति या पंजीकरण' शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

(BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 9th February , 2010
G.S.R. 66(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 38 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act , 1986 (63 of 1986) , the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards , with the previous approval of the Central Government , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards ( Certification ) Regulations , 1988 , namely :-
शरद गुप्ता , महानिदेशक 1. ( 1 ) These Regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards ( Certification ) Amendment Regulations , 2010 .
टिप्पणी: मूल विनियम दिनांक 6 जनवरी , 1988 को भारत के राजपत्र संख्या सा.का.नि. 10 ( अ ) में प्रकाशित किए गए और बाद में दिनांक 9 अगस्त , 1991 के

2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Certification) Regulations , 1988 , in regulation 5 , in sub - regulation (2 ) for the word ' licence ' , the words ' licence or registration ' shall be substituted .
