विषय : गेहूँ और गेहूँ उत्पादों के निर्यात पर रोक - नेपाल को गेहूँ के निर्यात हेतु छूट ।
का.आ. 294(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2009-2014 के पैराग्राफ 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , समय - समय पर यथा- संशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 33 ( आर ई-2007 ) /2004-2009 दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर , 2007 ( गेहूँ और गेहूँ उत्पादों के निर्यात पर रोक के संबंध में ) के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाता है :-
" 2.9 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गेहूँ के निर्यात पर लगायी गयी रोक भारतीय खाद्य निगम के जरिए नेपाल को 50,000 मी. टन गेहूँ के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगी । "
2. उपरोलिखित मात्रा भारतीय खाद्य निगम द्वारा सेन्ट्रल पूल स्टाक से निर्यात की जाएगी । गेहूँ सस्ते लागत पर निर्यात किया जाएगा । 3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th February , 2010 No. 29 / 2009-2014
Subject : Prohibition on export of wheat and wheat products - exemption for export of wheat to Nepal .
S.O. 294 ( E ) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 of Notification No. 33 ( RE - 2007 )/ 2004-2009, dated 8th October , 2007 , as amended from time to time (pertaining to prohibition on export of wheat and wheat products ) :-
"2.9 The prohibition imposed by this Notification on export of wheat shall not be applicable to export of 50,000 MT of wheat to Nepal through Food Corporation of India . "
2. The above - mentioned quantity shall be exported by Food Corporation of India out of the Central Pool Stock . Wheat may be exported at economic cost .
3. This issues in Public interest .
