का.आ. 304(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 , के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) की तदनुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत , उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है, अर्थात्:-

S.O. 304 ( E ) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table annexed hereto to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said rules in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2 ) of the said Table , namely:----
