का.आ. 309(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , विदेशी विषयक आदेश , 1948 के खण्ड 2 के उप - खण्ड (2 ) के अनुसरण में विदेशी क्षेत्रीय पंजीकरण अधिकारी , हैदराबाद को, आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के हैदराबाद पुलिस आयुक्तालय और साईबराबाद पुलिस आयुक्तालय के क्षेत्राधिकार के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्रों के संबंध में , उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनों के लिए एतद्वारा " सिविल प्राधिकारी " के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना , इसके शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th February , 2010
S.O. 309 (E ) . In pursuance of sub- clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby appoints the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer , Hyderabad , as the " Civil Authority " forthe purpose of said Order for the areas falling under the limits ofHyderabad Police Commissionerate and Cyberabad Police Commissionerate in the State of Andhra Pradesh .
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
