सं. एल-7/139( 159 )/2008-के.वि.वि.आ. केन्द्रीय विद्युत विनियामक आयोग ( वास्तविक समय प्रचालन में संकुलन अवमुक्ति के उपाय ) विनियम , 2009 को निम्नलिखित रूप में संशोधित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
1. पृष्ठ 2 में, विनियम 2 के खंड ( 1 ) के उपखंड (ग ) की पंक्ति दूसरे में , "उपलब्ध पारेषण क्षमता" शब्दों के स्थान पर "उपलब्ध अंतरण क्षमता " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
2. पृष्ठ 5 में, विनियम 4 के खंड ( 3 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन
किए जाएंगे :
(क) पंक्ति 1 में , " अधिक निकासी" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "अधिक निकासी/कम निकासी/अधिक अंतः क्षेपण/कम अतंःक्षेपण" शब्द रखे जाएंगे तथा पंक्ति 2 में , " इकाई द्वारा संदेय होंगे जो" शब्दों के स्थान पर , " इकाईयों को लागू" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
(ख ) पक्ति 4 में , " संदेय" शब्दों के स्थान पर, " संदेय/प्राप्य" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 4th February, 2010
No. L- 7/ 139 ( 159)/ 2008 - CERC . The following regulations in the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Measures to Relieve Congestion in Real Time Operation) Regulations , 2009 shall be corrected as under: --
1. In page 8 , in the second line of sub - clause ( c) of Clause ( 1 ) of Regulation 2 , the words " Available Transmission Capability " shall be substituted with the words "Available Transfer Capability" .
2. In page 11 , in Clause (3 ) of Regulation 4, the following corrections shall be made:
(a) In line 1 , the words " payable by " shall be substituted by the words " applicable to " and the word " overdrawing " shall be substituted by the words " overdrawing/underdrawing/over- injecting/under - injecting" .
(b) In line 2, the word "payable " shall be substituted by the words " payable/ receivable" .
